Once your piece is built and approved, we carefully pack and ship it directly to your home address in the UK. We handle the logistics and give you a delivery timeline up front so there are no surprises.

Lead times depend on the project, but most bespoke pieces take a few weeks from approved design to delivery. We'll confirm a realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated through your customer portal.

Getting a quote is free and no-obligation. Once you've approved your quote and design, you can pay securely online by card. Most projects are split into stages — a deposit to book your build into the workshop, then the balance before delivery — so you're never paying for everything up front.
