Is there a minimum order for trade?
No fixed minimum, from one-off commissions to repeat multi-unit supply. Send the job and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
What are your lead times?
Most pieces take a few weeks from approved spec to delivery, depending on the build and our workload. We confirm a realistic timeline with every quote.
Do you offer trade discount and terms?
Trade pricing reflects workshop-direct rates with room for your margin. Terms for regular partners are by arrangement, get in touch and we'll suit it to your volume.
Can you supply white-label or unbranded?
Yes. We supply unbranded by default, so the piece arrives ready to present as your own. You keep the client relationship.
Can you deliver direct to site or to my client?
Yes. We pack carefully and ship UK-wide, to your workshop, the job site or your client's address. Delivery details are confirmed with your quote.
